Reducing/expanding forming
The shrinkage forming process of the big head is to put the tube blank equal to the diameter of the big end of the big head into the forming die, and press the metal along the axial direction of the tube blank, so that the metal moves along the cavity and contracts to form. According to the size of reducing tube, it can be divided into one pressing forming or multiple pressing forming.
stamping
In addition to the use of steel pipe as raw material for the production of small head, the size of part of the specification of the head can also be used to produce steel plate stamping forming process. The shape of the drawing die is designed according to the size of the inner surface of the head, and the steel plate after blanking is stamped and drawn into shape with the die.
