The flange (i.e. loose sleeve) itself does not contact the medium, which is easy to install on large-diameter pipes, and is also suitable for places where pipes need to be frequently disassembled for cleaning and inspection. It is more suitable for pipelines conveying corrosive media. However, the loose flange has low pressure resistance and is generally only applicable to the connection of low-pressure pipes.
The double flange force transmission joint is composed of the loose expansion joint of flange, the short pipe flange, the force transmission screw and other components, which can reduce the pressure thrust (blind plate force) of the connected parts and compensate for the pipeline installation error. The double flange force transmission joint cannot absorb the axial displacement. Double flange force transmission joint is mainly used for loose connection of pump, valve and other accessories. The double flange loose sleeve force transmission joint is composed of loose sleeve expansion joint, short pipe flange, force transmission screw and other components. It can transmit the pressure thrust (blind plate force) of the connected parts and compensate the pipeline error, but cannot absorb the axial displacement. It is important to use for loose connection of pump, valve, pipeline and other accessories.
