Product Introduction

The forming process of hot push elbow is a heating, expansion and bending process that uses a special elbow pusher, a mandrel and a heating device to make the blank on the die move forward under the push of the pusher. The deformation feature of hot push elbow is that the diameter of the tube blank is determined according to the constant volume rule before and after the plastic deformation of the metal material, and the diameter of the tube blank is smaller than the diameter of the elbow. The mandrel is used to control the deformation process of the steel blank, The pressure metal flow at the inner arc is compensated to other parts where the diameter expands and becomes thinner, so as to obtain an elbow with uniform wall thickness. The hot push elbow has beautiful forming process, uniform wall thickness and continuous operation, which is suitable for mass production. It has become the main forming method of carbon steel and alloy steel elbows, and is also applicable to the formation of some stainless steel elbows.
